Shipping & Returns

Where you order

Every ONYX order is currently placed and paid for on TikTok Shop. TikTok handles your payment, shows you the shipping cost and delivery estimate before you pay, and provides buyer protection on the order. We pack and ship it.

Where it ships from

Orders ship from our warehouse in Farmington Hills, Michigan, USA. We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders are normally handed to the carrier within one to two business days of the order being placed; you will get tracking through TikTok as soon as the label is created.

Shipping cost and speed

Shipping options and their cost are set on the TikTok Shop listing and shown at TikTok checkout. Promotions such as free shipping are applied there automatically when they are running. This website does not add any charges of its own.

Returns and refunds

Because the sale is made on TikTok Shop, returns and refunds go through TikTok Shop's returns process, which you start from your TikTok order page. TikTok's return window and conditions apply. As a general rule:

• Arrived damaged, wrong item, or missing? Open a return or refund request on the TikTok order within TikTok's window, and email us a photo at jacob@hustlerswarehouse.com so we can sort it out fast. We will replace or refund.
• Changed your mind? Unopened boxes in their original sealed condition can be returned through TikTok within its return window. Because this is a food-grade supplement, we cannot accept opened boxes or loose sachets for resale reasons.
• Refund timing follows TikTok's process, usually a few business days after the return is approved or the item is received.

Order problems

If tracking stalls, an order is late, or anything else looks wrong, email jacob@hustlerswarehouse.com or call +1 (586) 933-6183 with your TikTok order number. A real person answers.

Storage on arrival

Store the box at normal room temperature in a dry place, out of the reach of children. Once a sachet is opened, refrigerate it and use it within a day. Do not use a sachet that arrives torn or broken; tell us and we will replace it.
