Where you order
You can order two ways, and both reach the same warehouse. On this site, checkout takes card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed by Stripe. On TikTok Shop, TikTok handles payment and applies its own buyer protection. Either way we pack and ship it from Michigan.
Where it ships from
Orders ship from our warehouse in Farmington Hills, Michigan, USA. We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders are normally handed to the carrier within one to two business days of the order being placed; you will get tracking as soon as the label is created — by email for orders placed here, and through TikTok for orders placed there.
Shipping cost and speed
Shipping is free on orders placed here, with no minimum. On TikTok Shop, the shipping shown at their checkout applies. Orders normally reach the carrier within one to two business days, and typically arrive within two to six business days after that.
Returns and refunds
ONYX is a consumable food product and is non-returnable. Once a box has left our warehouse we cannot accept it back, resell it, or return it to stock, because we have no way to verify how it was stored or handled while it was out of our control. This is a food-safety rule, and it applies even to boxes that are still sealed.
We would rather be direct about that before you buy than surprise you afterwards. If you have not tried ONYX before, buy the 3-sachet pack rather than a 24 box.
What we always put right
Non-returnable does not mean you are stuck with a problem that is our fault. Contact us and we will replace or refund, at no cost to you, if:
- The order arrived damaged, crushed, leaking, or with torn sachets.
- You received the wrong item or the wrong pack size.
- Something is missing from the order.
- The product is past its expiry date on arrival, or arrives in a condition it should not be in.
- The order never arrived.
Email jacob@hustlerswarehouse.com with your order number and a photo. We do not ask you to ship anything back for these; a photo is enough. We would rather send a replacement than argue.
What we cannot refund
- Change of mind, including boxes still sealed.
- You did not like the taste, or it did not do what you hoped. Everything in the product is listed on the Supplement Facts panel, and our Learn pages are deliberately honest about what the evidence does and does not show. Please read both before ordering.
- Ordering the wrong pack size by mistake, once it has shipped.
- Opened or partially used boxes and loose sachets, in any circumstance.
If you react to it
ONYX contains bee products, which are a known allergen. Stop taking it, and contact a doctor if the reaction is anything more than mild. Then email us: allergic reaction is not a change of mind, and we will deal with it as a real problem rather than a refund request. It is also the reason we suggest starting with a small amount rather than a full serving, which we explain in how many sachets per day.
Where the request goes
If you ordered on this site, email us and we handle it directly; refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within a few business days of approval.
If you ordered on TikTok Shop, start the request from your TikTok order page, because refunds and disputes are processed through TikTok's system. TikTok Shop's own buyer-protection policy applies to those orders and takes precedence over this page wherever the two differ. Email us at the same time so we can act on it directly.
Nothing here affects any statutory right you have under consumer law for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not delivered.

Storage on arrival
Store the box at normal room temperature in a dry place, out of the reach of children. Once a sachet is opened, refrigerate it and use it within a day. Do not use a sachet that arrives torn or broken; tell us and we will replace it.
