This website is operated by Hustler's Warehouse LLC ("ONYX", "we", "us"), 23730 Research Dr, Farmington Hills, MI 48335, United States. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What this site does and does not collect

• No accounts, no checkout. This website does not have user accounts and does not process payments. When you click a buy button you are taken to TikTok Shop, and everything from that point (your name, address, payment details, order history) is collected by TikTok under TikTok's privacy policy, not by this website.
• Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider (Railway) records standard request logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. We use these only to keep the site running and to detect abuse. They are retained for a short period and then discarded.
• Analytics and advertising pixel. When enabled, this site loads the TikTok Pixel, which sets cookies and sends TikTok information about your visit (pages viewed, buttons clicked, an identifier for your browser) so we can measure whether our TikTok videos lead to visits and purchases. TikTok's use of that data is governed by TikTok's policies. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your TikTok account settings and through your browser's cookie controls.
• Email you send us. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and handle any order issue. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The TikTok Pixel, when enabled, sets third-party cookies as described above. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser does not affect anything on this site.

Third parties this site loads content from

• Google Fonts (typefaces), which receives your IP address when the font files are fetched.
• jsDelivr (open-source JavaScript libraries used for the 3D product view), which likewise receives your IP address.
• TikTok (the pixel described above, only when enabled).

Children

ONYX is a dietary supplement not intended for anyone under 18, and this website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email jacob@hustlerswarehouse.com. For information held by TikTok, use TikTok's own tools.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
